A little Make it Made update…
I originally said I was going to do Make it Made every Monday.
Well… apparently great ideas don’t care what day of the week it is. 😂
I realized pretty quickly that I don’t want to write posts and create images fast just because Monday is coming. I like to develop ideas. I want them to have time to marinate—to notice a problem, play with it, sketch it out, and see where it goes.
So I’m changing Make it Made to the first Monday of every month.
That gives me a month to dig around in my dusty pile of ideas and find something that’s actually worth making.
Less often. Better ideas. More time to play.

Mean while—update continuation. A trilogy has been in the making for awhile now and our company is almost at the point of creating a box set (slip cover) for the hardcover books! It has been so great to help design covers, kibitz on editing, and to see magic come to life!
Besides the trilogy I have mentioned before that I have Book 2 in the making. (My 1st is – Look Beyond) 😁 Writing is easy but this project has been on hold for a while now. But I think during this time off I see my 2nd book in a different light…
You know when you are so close to something you miss some obvious connections or disconnects that should or shouldn’t be there. My book will be better for this little (not vacation) time off.
I have been contemplating consciousness I mean don’t we all at some point or another…? What does this really mean? The picture below is the closest thing I think that can come to explaining such a beautiful concept…
I want to make this into a poster.
Now just because I am not creating a new Make it Made each Monday doesn’t mean we cant throw ideas around. Don’t ever let too many things stop you from creating.
