I have had the privilege once again of working with Award Winning Author Victor Orne.
You might remember when I mentioned his 1st book Where Mice Meet the Sea. I helped him format and add illustrations to a book that feels like a timeless tale and to me a classic. It was published in 2022.
One day when Victor and I were sitting in the park, a mother and young son around the age of four came over with Victors book Where Mice Meet the Sea. The mother went on to tell us it was her sons favorite book. This melted my heart! The boy was so happy to meet his favorite author. He was showing Victor a pinecone he had found in the park. And Victor signed the book for him with a smile. This little interaction was a sweet moment. ✨
I am excited to announce the new Special Illustrated Edition of Victors original book Where Mice Meet the Sea. I worked closely with Victor to dive deeper into the feeling of this story. Where Mice Meet the Sea went from 32 pages in the original version to 85 pages with the new visuals – 2 pictures featured below.

The first book Where Mice Meet the Sea is considered a children’s story. The 2nd book in the series The Mouse That Winked is a Young Adult book. – We have gotten a lot of positive feedback from adults. That’s why I think these books should be classified for children of all ages. 😉
Victor is currently working on his 3rd book in the series. This new book will be classified for adults and it is called Stillness In Motion. I will keep you posted on when Stillness in Motion becomes available for pre order and publication. I have read the current version and I really love it.
